2.4.87 BrtBeginFmts
The BrtBeginFmts record specifies a count of BrtFmt (section 2.4.681) records and specifies the beginning of a collection of BrtFmt records as defined by the Styles (section 2.1.7.50) part ABNF. The collection of BrtFmt records specifies the properties of the number formats that indicate how to format and render the numeric value of the cells.
