The commentsIds global element<59> is a CT_CommentsIds element that specifies additional identification information for all the comments in the document. It is the root element of the commentsIds (section 2.1.4) part of a WordprocessingML document.

The following W3C XML Schema ([XMLSCHEMA1/2] section 2.1) fragment specifies the contents of this element.
