A complex type<549> that specifies text used on the chart. The text can be represented by data (and the data can itself be represented by a formula), or an OfficeArt TextBody.

Child Elements:

txData: A CT_TextData element<550> that specifies the text.

rich: A CT_TextBody ([ISO/IEC29500-1:2016] section A.4.1) element<551> that specifies literal text and formatting.
