2.2.3.3.3.3 StatusCodeHeader
The StatusCodeHeader is included in reply messages of Two-Way Method invocation. StatusCodeHeader contains the error code for any error that occurred when the server interpreted the request message frame.

StatusCodeHeaderToken (2 bytes): A HeaderToken enumeration that indicates the header type. Its value MUST be 2.
DataType (1 byte): A HeaderDataFormat enumeration indicating the type of the data to be UInt16. Its value MUST be 3.
StatusCodeValue (2 bytes): A TCPStatusCode enumeration that indicates the status code.
