Test-AzPrivateLinkServiceVisibility
The Test-AzPrivateLinkServiceVisibility checks whether a private link service is visible for current use.

Check whether a private link service is visible for current use.
Examples
Example 1: Check if contoso.cloudapp.azure.com is available for use.
