The following code example shows how to use the IDirect3DMobileDevice::GetDepthStencilSurface method to retrieve a pointer to the depth-buffer surface owned by the device.

    IDirect3DMobileSurface** pZBuffer;

    m_d3dmDevice->GetDepthStencilSurface( &pZBuffer );
