This function stops change notification handle monitoring.

Syntax

BOOL FindCloseChangeNotification(
  HANDLE hChangeHandle
);

Parameters

• hChangeHandle
  [in] Handle to a change notification handle created by the FindFirstChangeNotification function.

Return Value

Nonzero indicates success. Zero indicates failure. To get extended error information, call GetLastError.

Remarks

After this function is called, the handle specified by hChangeHandle cannot be used in subsequent calls to either FindNextChangeNotification or this function.
