Identifies a pin as inactive and shuts down the worker thread.
Syntax
HRESULT Inactive(void);
Parameters
None.
Return Value
Returns an HRESULT value, including the following values.

Thread exited successfully. |
S_FALSE |
Pin is already inactive. |
