Starts the worker thread.
Syntax
HRESULT Active(void);
Parameters
None.
Return Value
Returns an HRESULT, which can be one of the following.

Thread could not start. |
S_FALSE |
Pin is already active. |
S_OK |
Thread was started successfully. |
