DeploymentOperationsExtensions.UpdateStatusByDeploymentName Method (IDeploymentOperations, String, String, DeploymentUpdateStatusParameters)

Changes the running status of a deployment. The status of a deployment can be running or suspended.

• operations

  The IDeploymentOperations object that specifies the deployment operations.

• serviceName
  Type: System.String

  The name of cloud service that contains the deployment.

• deploymentName
  Type: System.String

  The name of the deployment of which the status should be changed.

• parameters
  Type: Microsoft.WindowsAzure.Management.Compute.Models.DeploymentUpdateStatusParameters

  The DeploymentUpdateStatusParameters object that contains the parameters that are used to update the status of the deployment.

Return Value

Type: Microsoft.Azure.OperationStatusResponse

The T:Microsoft.WindowsAzure.Management.Compute.Models.ComputeOperationStatusResponse object that contains the status of the operation.

Remarks

If the asynchronous operation succeeds, the response includes the HTTP status code for the successful request. If the asynchronous operation failed, the response includes the HTTP status code for the failed request, and also includes error information about the failure.
