Checks if content is possibly a JSON.

Parameters

• content
  Type: System.String

  String to check.

• validate
  Type: System.Boolean

  If set to true will validate entire JSON for validity otherwise will just check the first character.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean

True is content is possibly an JSON otherwise false.
