Hello World Sample Visual Studio Project Paths: Microsoft.WAP.Samples.HelloWorld.TenantExtension\Images and Microsoft.WAP.Samples.HelloWorld.AdminExtension\Images

Images required by your extension do not need to be defined in the manifest. However, you do need to ensure you refer to them using the correct path. If you are using the suggested directory layout, the path will be: /Content/[ExtensionRoot]/Images/[ImageFileName.ext]. [ExtensionRoot] is the name of the extension root folder and [ImageFileName.ext] is the image file name and extension.
