Gets or sets the State/Province associated with an address.

Remarks
Gets or sets the State/Province associated with an address.
Given an address of:
1 Microsoft Way
The State property is "Washington".
State is trimmed of leading and trailing white space characters before being set.
The default maximum length for State is 64 characters, as defined in the corresponding table column constraint specified in the default orders storage mapping file, OrderObjectMappings.xml.
