What Ads Are Loaded Into the Ad Cache?

By default, the ad cache contains every ad that satisfies all the following criteria:

  • The parent customer of the ad is not archived or deleted.

  • The parent campaign of the ad is not archived or deleted.

  • The parent campaign of the ad is active.

  • The ad is not archived or deleted.

  • The ad is active.

  • The ad has started or will start in the next 15 minutes.

  • The ad has not ended.
