How to Change the Number of Search Results Returned

You can globally specify how many search results you want returned in the Business Management Applications. However, you can override this setting in each Business Management Application.

To change the number of search results returned

  1. Click Start, point to Microsoft Commerce Server 2009 , and then click the Business Management Application that you want to search.

  2. In the Business Management Application for which you want to make a global setting, on the Tools menu, click Options.

  3. In the Options dialog box, on the Settings - Base Settings tab, in the Number of results returned (per page) box, select the number of results that you want returned for each search from the drop-down list, and then click OK.

You can override this setting for each Business Management Application by using the Results per page option for orders, baskets, profiles, campaigns, and catalogs in the respective Business Management Application.
