How to Subtract a List from a List

This topic describes how remove users in a list from a larger list. Both lists must be static lists.

Click Start, point to Microsoft Commerce Server 2009 , and then click Marketing Manager.
In Marketing Manager, in the Views pane, click Lists.
In the Tasks pane, click Subtract list from list.

In the Subtract List from List screen, in the Details pane, do the following:

Subtracting users from a list changes the original list. The users you subtracted will no longer appear in the list.

Use this	To do this
Subtract users in this list	Select the list of users that you want to remove from the list below.
From this list	Select the list from which you want to remove the users.
