Use this
To do this
Force deployment of all Content
Select to deploy all the files in a staging project, regardless of whether the files have changed or not.
Check time stamp only
Select to deploy only the files that have changed since the last deployment.
Skip locked files on source or destination
Select to prevent files on the source from being deployed and files on the target from being overwritten if the files are locked or currently being used. If this option is not selected when files are locked or currently being used, the deployment will fail.

Select to preserve files on the destination server. For example, if you delete files on the source server, selecting this option prevents those files from being deleted on the destination server.
Enable timed release
Select to publish deployed content at a specified time. Content is published when the Commerce Server Staging server receives a project Apply command, or at the time specified on the Schedule tab when you select the Schedule apply option.
