Creates an instance of the specified class and loads the instance into the site recordset.

The new name for the resource configuration object instance.
- bstrConfigSchemaClass
Type: System..::.String
The resource configuration schema class name.

Use this method to create an instance of the class specified by the bstrConfigSchemaClass parameter, set the Name property of the instance to the name specified in the bstrResourceName parameter, and load the instance into the site recordset. This method calls the SaveConfig method.
The Initialize method must be called before this method can be called.
