IStreamBufferInitialize Interface
This topic applies only to Windows XP Service Pack 1 or later.
The IStreamBufferInitialize interface is used to configure the stream buffer filters. The Stream Buffer Source filter, Stream Buffer Sink filter, and StreamBufferConfig object all expose this interface.
Methods
The IStreamBufferInitialize interface inherits the methods of the IUnknown interface.
In addition, IStreamBufferInitialize defines the following methods.

Sets the registry key where the object stores configuration information. |

Sets the security identifiers (SIDs) that are used to protect access to the backing files. |
