IStreamBufferSink3 Interface

The IStreamBufferSink3 interface is exposed by the Stream Buffer Sink filter.
Methods
The IStreamBufferSink3 interface inherits from IStreamBufferSink2.
In addition, IStreamBufferSink3 defines the following method.
