)
'Usage
Dim e As EventArgs
Me.OnStrokesDeleted(e)

protected function OnStrokesDeleted(

Remarks
Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate.
In derived classes, this method is called only if a delegate is attached to the StrokesDeleted event.
When overriding this method in a derived class, call the OnStrokesDeleted method of the base class so that registered delegates receive the event.
