For Each S As Stroke In mInkOverlay.Selection
Dim sPts() As Point = S.GetPoints()
Dim newStroke As Stroke = S.Ink.CreateStroke(sPts)
    newStroke.Move(200, 200)
Next
foreach (Stroke S in mInkOverlay.Selection)
