How to: Set Up Interaction Groups
You can set up interaction groups to store the interaction templates you use. Interaction groups are mainly used to view statistics for a group of interaction templates.
To set up an interaction group
In the Search box, enter Interaction Groups, and then choose the related link.
On the Home tab, in the New group, choose New.
Fill in the Code and Description fields.
