Type Field, Gen. Journal Template Table
Select the journal type. The type determines what the window will look like. The window's appearance depends on the type of work that will be done in it.
To see the options, click the field:
Post Dated (Post Dated Checks) - This option is added for localization and is used internally but you need to have at least one Journal Template with type Post Dated.
