Period Name Field, Accounting Period GB Table

Here you can enter the name of the accounting period.

If the accounting periods do not match normal calendar, for example if your month periods are not one month long, or you have quarter periods in two different calendar years, it is a good idea to give the specify descriptive names, such as:

Month01, 1st Month, 1st Month/2000, Month01-2000, M1-2001/2002, etc.

Q1, Q1-2001/2002, etc.

You can enter a maximum of 30 characters, both numbers and letters.
