Exchange ActiveSync Errors and Events

[This topic is in progress.]

Applies to: Exchange Server 2010

When a user synchronizes a mobile phone with Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, an HTTP response code is returned for each synchronization. The HTTP response code is determined by the success or failure of the synchronization. You can examine the HTTP response code to determine whether the synchronization request was successful. If the synchronization request wasn't successful, the HTTP code can indicate why the request failed. This topic lists the HTTP response codes and the meaning of each code.

Interpreting HTTP Response Codes

The following table lists the different HTTP response codes that can be returned when a device synchronizes with Exchange 2010. These response codes are displayed in the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync protocol logs. Error codes are also displayed on the mobile phone.
