Adds a trace provider to the collection of trace providers.

Required string attribute. Specifies the GUID of the trace provider. This GUID is used in Event Tracing for Windows (ETW). Note You can display the value of this attribute by running logman query providers at a command prompt. |

Required string attribute. Specifies the name of the trace provider. |
