An EffectHandle object that represents the effect constant.
numberConstants System.Int32
Number of constants to retrieve.

Return Value

Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D.ConstantDescription[]
Returns an array of ConstantDescription objects that represent the effect constant descriptions.

Remarks

Samplers can appear more than once in a constant table, therefore, GetConstantDescription can return an array of descriptions each with a different register index.
