Creates a new Contact item, and adds it to the Contact collection.

Remarks

A NotSupportedException will be thrown by the base class if AllowNew is false.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread-safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread-safe.
