Gets the ID that uniquely identifies a particular application launch request.

Remarks

An application can have multiple application launch requests, but their ID's must all be unique.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread-safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread-safe.
