Sets the mesh adjacency information.

Remarks
The size of the adjacency array is the maximum number of faces multiplied by 3.
The face adjacency is stored as an array of arrays. The innermost array contains three indices of adjacent triangles, and the outermost array contains one face adjacency set per triangle in the mesh. If the edge has no adjacent faces, the value is 0xffffffff.
Exceptions
Microsoft Direct3D could not allocate sufficient memory to complete the call.
