Represents a user profile synchronization scheduler. This class is not intended to be used directly from your code; instead, use stsadm.exe.

Remarks
The recommended way to change the schedule is to use the following command:
stsadm –o sync
You must associate job definitions with a service or Web application. A job definition can also be associated with a specific server.
