Gets or sets the width of the border around the image.

Property Value
Type: System.Int32
The width of the border around the image. The default is 0.
Remarks
If this value is greater than 0, a solid border of the specified width is rendered around the image.
The value of this property is the border attribute in the <IMG> tag in the ToString method output.
