true to allow the server to execute Common Gateway Interface (CGI) scripts in the current directory; otherwise, false.

This parameter does not apply to Windows SharePoint Services.

In the Microsoft FrontPage client application, you set the value of this parameter by selecting the Allow programs to be run check box in the Properties dialog box of the specified folder. To access the Properties dialog box, right-click the folder and then click Properties.
