The GetNewAlertActionInfo method of the ListingAlertType class provides Alert Me functionality in search results for this alert type.

Parameters

actionInfo    An out parameter that receives a NewAlertActionInfo object that contains actions available in the alert link.

objectInfo    An out parameter that receives a NewAlertObjectInfo object that contains alert properties used to create the new alert.

row   DataRow object that represents an item in the result set.

Remarks

The GetNewAlertActionInfo method is called by the search result Web Part to view to provide Alert Me link for a result item.
