The Delete method of the PortalSiteCollection class deletes the specified PortalSite from the topology of a server farm.

Parameters

portalSite    The Microsoft.SharePoint.Portal.Topology.PortalSite to delete.

Remarks

The Delete(Microsoft.SharePoint.Portal.Topology.PortalSite portalSite) method deletes all associated databases and the base site from the topology of a server farm.
