GenerateHtmlForItemIcon(System.Data.DataRow, Int32, Int32, String) Method

The GenerateHtmlForItemIcon method of the SearchResults class generates the HTML for the icon for the specified DataRow in the search result set.

Parameters

objectDataRow  DataRow that represents a single item.

iIndexOfItemInDataSet   Index of row in the result DataSet.

iIndexOfItemInGroup   Index of an item in a group when grouping is enabled. This index is used to expand and collapse groups of results.

strElemIDPrefix   This element is used for HTML automation and is reserved for internal use only.

Return Value

String that contains HTML for the icon to be displayed for each matching item.

Remarks

The GenerateHtmlForItemIcon method displays an edit icon for all items if current view is simple list view.
