The TimeMarkerPosition property of the SPRegionalSettings class gets a value that indicates whether A.M. and P.M. appear before or after the time string.

Property Value

An unsigned 32-bit integer that indicates the position of A.M. or P.M., where 0 indicates after and 1 indicates before.
