This meta-key is valid only for the create service method. For a Web server that does not automatically make new Web sites available, it indicates to the client application, such as Microsoft FrontPage, that the server must restart upon creating a Web site.

If the value is 0, the Web server restarts automatically. If the value is 1, the Web server must be restarted manually.

WebSite servers and some servers running Netscape return this meta-key. When returned, this meta-key indicates that the server must restart before the new settings can take effect.
