PageTabsWebPart Constructor

The PageTabsWebPart constructor initializes a new instance of the PageTabsWebPart class and sets the title and type of frame for the Web Part. If the Web site is a Meeting Workspace site, the frame type is set to None; otherwise, it is set to the default frame type.
