RefreshConfigCache(System.Guid, Boolean) Method

The RefreshConfigCache method of the SPGlobalAdmin class refreshes the configuration cache based on the specified virtual server and on a Boolean value that indicates whether the SharePoint administrators group account is changed.

Parameters

guidVirtualServerId   A GUID that specifies the virtual server.

bAdminGroupChanged  true to indicate that the SharePoint administrators group account is changed; otherwise, false.
