Configure a Business Location on a UM Auto Attendant
Applies to: Exchange Server 2010 SP3, Exchange Server 2010 SP2
You can specify the location of a business on a UM auto attendant so that the location will be played for callers. By default, no business location is entered.

Prerequisites

Use the EMC to configure a business location
You need to be assigned permissions before you can perform this procedure. To see what permissions you need, see the "UM auto attendants" entry in the Unified Messaging Permissions topic.
In the console tree, navigate to Organization Configuration > Unified Messaging.
In the work pane, on the UM Auto Attendants tab, select the UM auto attendant.
In the action pane, click Properties.
In the auto attendant Properties window, click the Features tab, and then in the Business location text box, type the location of the business.
Click OK to accept your changes.
Use the Shell to configure a business location

This example sets the business location on a UM auto attendant named MyUMAutoAttendant
.
Set-UMAutoAttendant -Identity MyUMAutoAttendant -BusinessLocation 'Redmond'
