DecodingOptions constructor (DecodingFlags, String)

The DecodingOptions constructor creates a new DecodingOptions structure that has the DecodingFlags specified by decodingFlags and the encoding specified by charsetName.

Parameters

• decodingFlags
  Type: Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Mime.DecodingFlags

  A DecodingFlags enumeration that specifies the encodings to use when trying to decode incoming headers and parameters.

• charsetName
  Type: System.String

  A string that specifies the character set for incoming headers and parameters if no character set information is specified in the incoming document.
