Description
Specifies the amount of time to preserve the change logs.
This property is equivalent to the Change Log user interface setting that is located on the Web Application General Settings page of the SharePoint Central Administration Web site.
Syntax
stsadm -o setproperty
-propertyname change-log-retention-period
-propertyvalue {Numeric value in days}
[-url] <https://server_name>
The syntax for the getproperty operation is:
stsadm -o getproperty
propertyname change-log-retention-period
[-url] <https://server_name>
Note
You can substitute -pn for -propertyname and -pv for -propertyvalue.
