View a migration report

Migration reports contain the following information about migrations:
Job name
Job description
Source server
Source database
Status of this run
Errors (number of)
Warnings (number of)
Destination server URL
Objects exported (number of)
Objects imported (number of)
Content size (in megabytes)
Migration time
Start time
End time

View a current migration report
View a historical migration report
View a current migration report
Do the following procedure to view the current report for a migration.
On the top navigation bar, click Operations.
On the Operations page, in the Global Configuration section, click Content Management Server Migration.
On the Manage Microsoft Content Management Server Migration Profiles page, in the list of profiles, click the text (the text can vary depending on the job status) in the Status column of the profile for which you want to view the migration report. For example, if Failed appears in the status column, click Failed.
View a historical migration report
Migrations have historical as well as current reports. The historical reports are reports of previous runs of the migration profile.
On the top navigation bar, click Operations.
On the Operations page, in the Global Configuration section, click Content Management Server Migration.
On the Manage Microsoft Content Management Server Migration Profiles page, in the list of profiles, click View History on the menu of the migration for which you want to view a historical report.
On the Migration History page, in the Migration History list, click the text (the text varies depending on the migration status) in the Status column of the migration run for which you want to view the report. For example, if Failed appears in the status column, click Failed.
