Returns a String instance representing the title of the list to which to go log workflow history events for this workflow association.
Remarks
It must not be a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic). It must not be empty. Its length must be equal to or less than 255.
To specify the workflow history list for a workflow association, use the SetHistoryList method.
