Parameters
- leftOperand

A Key object containing the left-hand side of the key to compare.
- rightOperand

A Key object containing the right-hand side of the key to compare.
Return Value
Type: System.Boolean
A Boolean value that indicates whether the two values are equal. Returns true if both parameters are nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic), or if both parameters are not nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) and are equal. Otherwise, false.
