  The cultural settings.

• Annotations

  The array of annotations to create.

• EntityId

  The globally unique identifier (GUID) or the exact name of the entity.

• MemberId
  Type: Microsoft.MasterDataServices.MemberIdentifier
  The identifier of the member.

• ModelId
  Type: Microsoft.MasterDataServices.Identifier
  The globally unique identifier (GUID) or the exact name of the model.

• VersionId
