IStream.LockRegion Method
This API supports the SQL Server 2012 infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.
Restricts access to a specified range of bytes in the stream.

Parameters
- libOffset
Type: Microsoft.SqlServer.Dts.Runtime.Wrapper._ULARGE_INTEGER
The byte offset for the beginning of the range.
- cb
Type: Microsoft.SqlServer.Dts.Runtime.Wrapper._ULARGE_INTEGER
The length of the range, in bytes, to restrict.
- dwLockType
Type: System.UInt32
The requested restrictions on accessing the range.
