	IsCdata	If true, the XML blob is a CDATA.
	WriteAsCdata	Gets or sets a value that determines whether the blob should be written as a CDATA or raw XML. If the value is null, the state is automatically determined. If a CDATA header is used, it is written as CDATA, else it is written as-is. If true, the CDATA writer is always used and the data is written as a CDATA blob. This can cause serialization exceptions if used incorrectly. If false, the CDATA writer is never used and data is written as-is.
